We have engaged D-JAC Limited to support the technical development of our Adventure team in Nottingham and to act as external consultants for our operation. The advice and support that they have given has already had a major impact on the way we operate the service.

Their professional approach has gained the support of the staff and they are now seen as a key element of the team providing high quality inputs to staff training and development. Their continued role as external technical experts and critical friends of the service will play a key role in ensuring we deliver high quality outdoor education experiences for our clients into the future.

AHOEC

The Bendrigg Trust is an independent charity running outdoor education courses for disabled and disadvantaged young people. Although finances are very tight at the moment, the Trustees supported my bid to obtain the AHOEC gold standard in order to ensure that courses run by the Bendrigg Trust were to the highest possible standards of safety and quality. I found the process of the GOLD Standard to be straightforward, logical and beneficial in identifying areas where improvements could be made in our systems. The final inspection visit by D-JAC Limited was professional and friendly. We are grateful to Doug for his great help and positive support throughout. I recommend the process of 'going for gold' to other centres.
